Shipping Area: We offer door to door courier and only ship orders within South Africa. This service is provided by a third party
Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout, using the weight of the products selected. The shipping cost will be reflected on and added to your order once the Delivery Address has been submitted.
Damaged or Lost packages: Should you receive a package that renders the product in-edible or damaged, you should notify us on receipt of the package. We will investigate and assess. We will make arrangements after assessment to refund you or send a replacement package.
Order Processing:
Monday to Friday- We will process your order within 24 hours. If you have selected door to door courier, your order will normally be collected from us by the courier company within 24 hours. Shipping time can range between 2 to 5 working days. Should your order be placed over the weekend, it will be processed on the first week day after the weekend.
Payment Options: We will only accept payment for orders through the Payfast Payment Platform. Should you select self pick up and then ask for the package to be sent by courier, your package will only be shipped once the payment reflects in our account. We will not secure and reserve items on a verbal order.
